This page summarizes the privacy choices available to you for Myta Wellness, operated by Four Pillar Wellness Labs LLC, and how to exercise them. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.
We do not sell or "share" your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Sensitive personal information
Your health, biometric, and menstrual-cycle data is sensitive personal information. We use it only to provide the features you request and do not use it to infer characteristics about you. Because our use falls within the purposes permitted by CPRA (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121(a)), we are not required to offer a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link. You may still contact us with questions or objections.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you can:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your information — including directly in the app (Settings → Delete account);
- Obtain a portable copy;
- Withdraw consent by disconnecting Oura or deleting your account; and
- Opt out of certain processing where applicable.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
How to exercise your choices
Use the in-app controls, or email privacy@fourpillarwellnesslabs.com. We verify requests (typically by confirming control of your account email) and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits, and you may appeal a decision by replying to our response.
