Oura Integration

Myta Wellness uses Oura data only with user permission. The integration is designed to help translate wearable data into wellness guidance across movement, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle.

Permission-Based Access

You choose whether to connect Oura. If you connect Oura, you will be asked to authorize access through Oura's permission process.

The data available to Myta Wellness depends on the permissions you grant. You can choose not to connect Oura and may still use app features that do not require Oura data.

Example Oura Data Categories

Where permission is granted, example categories may include sleep, readiness, activity, workouts, heart rate, HRV-related metrics, and related wearable-derived wellness signals.

These data categories are used to support wellness guidance. They are not used to provide medical diagnosis, treatment, cure, or disease prevention.

How Oura Data Is Used

Myta Wellness may use Oura data to help personalize daily movement, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle recommendations.

The app is intended to make wellness patterns easier to understand and turn into practical daily planning.

Disconnecting Oura

You can disconnect Oura through app settings, Oura account authorization controls, or other controls made available in the app.

You may request deletion of Oura data associated with your Myta Wellness account by emailing support@fourpillarwellnesslabs.com.
