Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Four Pillar Wellness Labs LLC may collect, use, and share consumer health data for Myta Wellness. It is separate from our general privacy policy and is intended to provide clear information about wellness and wearable-derived data.
Consumer Health Data Categories
Consumer health data may include wellness information you provide, information inferred from your app use, and biometric or wearable-derived information.
Examples include sleep metrics, readiness or recovery scores, activity levels, workouts, heart rate, HRV-related metrics, movement patterns, nutrition preferences, lifestyle inputs, and Oura or other wearable data where permission is granted.
Purposes of Collection
We collect consumer health data to provide Myta Wellness's wellness guidance, personalize daily plans, support movement, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle recommendations, maintain account functionality, improve app quality, and respond to user requests.
We do not use consumer health data to provide medical diagnosis, treatment, cure, or disease prevention.
Sources
Consumer health data may come from you, your device, the app, connected wearable services, and third-party integrations you choose to authorize.
Oura data and other wearable data are collected only when you choose to connect the relevant service and grant the requested permissions.
Sharing
We may share consumer health data with service providers that help us operate, secure, host, analyze, or support the app. These providers are expected to use the data only for services they provide to us.
We may share data where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell consumer health data.
User Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive information about certain consumer health data.
To exercise available rights, contact support@fourpillarwellnesslabs.com. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and process the request.
Deletion
You may request deletion of consumer health data associated with your account by emailing support@fourpillarwellnesslabs.com.
Deletion may be limited where retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or compliance reasons.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw consent for a connected source by disconnecting that integration or changing permissions where available.
Withdrawing consent may limit or disable features that depend on that data. It does not automatically delete data already processed, but you may submit a deletion request.
HIPAA
Four Pillar Wellness Labs LLC does not represent that Myta Wellness is covered by HIPAA. If that changes, we will update our disclosures and practices accordingly.
