Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Myta Wellness account and associated data by contacting support.
How to Request Deletion
Email support@fourpillarwellnesslabs.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include the email address associated with your account and any details that may help us identify the correct account.
Please do not include sensitive medical information in your email request.
Identity Verification
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before deleting account data. This helps protect your account and prevents unauthorized deletion requests.
What May Be Deleted
Deletion may include account information, app profile information, connected wearable data stored by us, wellness preferences, and other associated app data.
If you connected Oura or another wearable service, you may also disconnect that service through the app or the third-party provider's authorization settings where available.
Retention Obligations
Deletion may be subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, dispute resolution, or compliance retention obligations.
Residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period before being overwritten according to ordinary backup practices.
